He is tenacious, productive and efficient, with extraordinary professional insights amassed from over fifteen years at IDT Telecom, Inc. (IDT Corp: NYSE), a US based telecommunications and financial services provider. James started at IDT Telecom, in its Strategic Initiatives Group, and has spent the last 10 years as its General Counsel. Over the last two, James has also served as its Global Head of Human Resources.
At IDT, James worked on a broad range of matters, including, domestic & cross border M&A, technology transactions, and management of complex disputes. In addition, James was integrally involved in the day to day, accompanying new product launches, navigating diverse regulatory requirements, and partnering with business teams in achieving their commercial objectives.
James’ primary experience has been in the telecommunications and Fintech/Payments industries, working with traditional and disruptive businesses.
Since graduating in law from the University of Manchester in 1996, James has accumulated over 20 years of legal experience across a diverse landscape.
Prior to his position at IDT, James worked at the prominent Israeli law firm, Yigal Arnon & Co., where he developed expertise in venture capital financing, US securities, and M&A during years 1998 to 2003.

David’s brilliance lies with commercial transactions, and navigating his private and corporate clients through the challenges they face until reaching the dotted line.
An accomplished international lawyer, David is fluent in English, French and Hebrew, and is a member of the bar in New York, and Israel. David is also qualified as a solicitor in England.
He holds an LLM from the University of Cambridge, an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management, and graduated from Manchester University with his LLB.
David serves clients from a wide variety of industries and geographies. His attention to detail, and broad understanding of business issues translate into strong professional insights and acumen.
David served previously as Senior Vice President at the Edmond de Rothschild Group, an international independent financial group, specialized in private banking, asset management, private equity and corporate finance. Earlier in his career, David worked as an attorney in the New York offices of a major international law firm (now SNR Denton) as well as at prominent Israeli law firms.
David advises on domestic and international cross border transactions, investment transactions, setting up international investment entities and holding companies, corporate structuring, investment activities, mergers and acquisitions, international and domestic joint ventures, and commercial arrangements.
David developed a further niche of private-client work, advising clients on their personal matters, transfer of wealth and estate planning, as well as on the protection of their personal affairs.
Dan spent over 10 years working at international law firms Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, Reed Smith and Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe before setting up his own firm. He has substantial experience advising brokers, banks, fund managers, payment service providers, e-money issuers, Fintech companies and corporate finance boutiques on a wide range of financial services regulatory matters. These have included licensing issues, outsourcing, systems and controls, conduct of business, regulatory capital, market abuse, promotion and distribution of investments, anti-money laundering, payment services, electronic money and consumer finance.
Recent work has focused on regulatory issues surrounding the issuance of cryptocurrencies. Dan has also provided specialist regulatory advice on private equity transactions within the financial services sector. Earlier in his career, Dan spent over a year on secondment to the Bank of England Legal Unit, where he advised on post financial crisis measures, including the Bank’s Discount Window Facility and quantitative easing.
Dan graduated with a law degree from the University of Birmingham and holds a master’s degree in law from Duke Law School. He is a member of the State Bar of California and is qualified as a solicitor in England.
